Production Operator – Silk Screen Printer

Beacon Promotions Inc is a fast growing expert in the promotional products industry. We are seeking an impact player and difference maker to join our team as a Production Operator who is dependable, diligent and detail oriented. We’re looking for a person who will join our fast paced team has no issues with accuracy and accountability because you hold yourself to high standards and expect the same from others.

Essential Functions:
- Produce printed product on the manual and automatic silk screen machine.
- Mix inks for appropriate color match, mounting the screen frames, positioning the fabric and printing customer images.
- Count and inspect the quality of the finished product while adhering to production standards.
- Accurately reporting time and quantities completed and scrapped to insure accurate inventory.
- Provide alternative options, techniques and process improvements to increase productivity and product quality.
- Assist in other areas as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Must be able to work independently while acting as a proactive team member.
- Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high quality work.
- Solution provider with a positive “can-do “attitude.
- Ability to work overtime hours as needed.
- General Computer knowledge and mathematical skills required.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, but may vary slightly and will include some Saturdays and overtime depending on season and workload.
